GET TO KNOW
ANDERS HOFMAN
Anders is a Danish athlete, entrepreneur, and motivational speaker, best known for being the first and only person to complete a long-distance triathlon in Antarctica, Project Iceman. This project marked the beginning of Anders’ commitment to spreading the message that "limitations are perceptions" — a movement aimed at inspiring people to push the boundaries of themselves and the world around them.
Anders has an untraditional background, considering his athletic pursuits. He holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business and a Master's degree in Applied Economics & Finance from Copenhagen Business School, with an exchange semester at Harvard University. Before venturing into his athletic career, he worked as a Management Consultant, applying his understanding of business strategy to help organisations thrive.
However, after putting his dreams on hold his entire life, the idea for Project Iceman came about in 2017. Anders had only completed one Ironman the year prior. He had no ice water or extreme sport experience, but this starting point became the opportunity to show that the ordinary person can achieve the extraordinary.
His journey was documented in the award-winning film, Project Iceman, which he produced independently with Yes Theory and Ammar, thanks to 4,212 backers from 72 countries. The documentary premiered on a World Tour in 2022 and was released for free on YouTube in late 2023.
Anders’ relentless pursuit of seemingly impossible goals continues with his current mission to score for Denmark at the FIFA World Cup in 2026. Restarting his football career at the age of 30, Anders is once again pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with the message that it's never too late to chase your dreams.
When not challenging the limits of human performance, Anders is dedicated to inspiring others through the Iceman Club - founded to help you reach your full potential and achieve your wildest ambitions.
